Personnel

Lynn, Kittinger and Noble offers a full range of civil engineering consultation, design and surveying services relative to all aspects of a project, while maintaining a firm commitment to deliver professional, efficient and quality results.  A teamwork approach, when required, helps to ensure that all individual talents are used to their maximum. This in turn helps to ensure continuity and cost effectiveness. The overall scope of work involved with each individual project determines whether a single engineer or an entire team will be assigned to your undertaking.

Current staff consists of six full-time individuals, of which two are Professional Engineers, and one Registered Land Surveyor, along with a Microsoft Systems Engineer, Office Administrator and Survey Field Technician.

Officers

  • Carroll L. Herrmann, P.S.
    Carroll is the Corporate President, and has been a licensed surveyor for 43 years. A graduate of Ohio Northern University, Carroll's vast amount of surveying knowledge; coupled with a passion for accuracy, guarantee that the highest degree of professionalism will be adhered to. 
  • William R. Makosky, P.E.
    Bill is a graduate of Youngstown State University, and is the Corporate Secretary/Treasurer. Bill's 25 years of experience, in a multitude of diverse projects, means that your needs will consistently be addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Professionals

  • Robert J. Kuszmaul, P.E.
    Bob is the Senior project Manager, and his 26 years of experience in areas like drainage, environmental issues and overall site design, render certain that he will be able to fulfill all your requirements. Bob is a graduate of the Ohio State University.
  • Richard C. Hope
    Rick is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer, having received training at Kent State University. He has over 39 years of experience in surveying, AutoCAD and various computer programs. He will be responsible for technical assistance regarding all electronic data.
